Soil testing is required for your Geo-Engineer to design the foundations for a Building, Pool or other project. The Soil Report is used to determine the DCP Bearing Strengths. A looser and more permeable soil usually means deeper holes for your stumps and slab foundations.
If you live in a location that does not have mains sewerage, you will need to install a Bio-Cycle Septic System or Treatment Plant. The soil test will help the Plumbing Engineer design your Bio-System for your block. More permeable soil is preferred for septic systems.
